Three Ways to Begin Your EmpowHER Journey

OPTION 1: EmpowHer Insight Session
This is a 1:1 session made up of two parts:
You will take an assessment that will take about 30 minutes to complete + a 90-minute 1:1 debrief where you will walk out with insights and an action plan. The assessment is focused on how you show up in your professional world.

OPTION 2: EmpowHERed by Your Purpose
In this private discovery process, we will dive into stories that made you who you are. We all have a singular "WHY" that drives our fulfillment, both personally and professionally; you already have your WHY and this session helps you identify it.
Once we have clearly identified that purpose, we easily align our "Hows" and "Whats" and know how to function at our natural best selves.

In this private 2.5-hour session, we’ll focus on articulating your personal WHY and HOWs.

We’ll explore common themes and co-create draft WHY and HOWs statements

Post-discovery includes a 45-minute follow-up call to integrate the concepts into your day-to-day.

Your WHY: A deep-seated purpose, cause or belief that serves as a source of inspiration. It's the reason we get out of bed in the morning.

ABOUT YOUR COACH
From childhood, Danette faced situations that ingrained grit, perseverance and life lessons that pushed her to require a mindset that could see beyond the storms as part of a survival strategy.
​
During her 20’s and 30’s she climbed the corporate ladder and achieved a level of success that most would never have imagined from those early years. In 2023, she decided that it was time to set out on her own. That’s when she founded Florishion Consulting & Coaching. In the first few years, she continued to work with corporate entities providing workshops and coaching for those managing others and building teams.

Now, she has set her focus on working with WOMEN LEADERS of all kinds to bring empowerment tools and coaching — all grounded in her signature blend of realistic optimism, practical strategy, and deep personal insight.

The Inspiration Behind
Creating The EmpowHER Program
After listening and working with hundreds of women from various industries, I noticed there are some common threads no matter where we are in our journey:

This is why I created EmpowHER by Florishion. My goal is to guide women who seek to lead with authenticity (NO MASKS) step into their power, presence and purpose.
